THE LOUISVILLE SAILING COMMUNITY supports many regattas that invite sailors from other regional sailing areas to compete with Louisville's own, as well as providing opportunities for local sailing clubs to to race with each other. While some are one-design events, others are mixed-fleet regattas with proceeds going to benefit organizations like the Kentucky Chapter of The Leukemia and Lymphoma Society, or The River Cities Community Sailing Program.
